My fiancé and I had stopped by yesterday around 2:30 pm and we had ordered two drinks one was a honey nut cheerio and the other was a berry chantilly, the honey nut cheerio tasted like absolutely just straight up syrup and was super sweet but didn’t have a defined flavor it just tasted like sugar. The second drink just tased like milk the espresso was so watery that we couldn’t drink it . The service was also super terrible the girl up front was more interested in sitting down with a guy than actually helping us when we had a a question about the berry chantilly , she seemed like it was an inconvenience having to explain what the drink was , my fiancé had asked what type of foam the drink had and she just replied really rudely that it’s straight up heavy cream cold foam when Clearly in the menu it says almond cold foam . She was also snarky as if the question we had was funny to her . You guys really need to find better staff that actually wanna do their job and not staff that wanna gossip with their friends instead. We used to come here a lot but every time we come the same tall stocky girl gives us the same rude attitude , i definitely do not feel welcomed by her and her rud

Hebrews Coffee is not just a coffee shop… it is a life changing experience that restores your faith in caffeine, kindness, and humanity. The drinks are amazing, the vibes are immaculate, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you just walked into Heaven. BUT let’s talk about the real star of the show: Zoey Martinez. Absolute legend. A ray of sunshine. The type of person who could hand you a coffee and somehow make you feel like you just won an award. Her customer service is unmatched, she doesn’t just make drinks, she creates memories. She could probably hand someone a cup of plain water and they’d leave thinking it was the best water they’ve ever had because Zoey’s energy is just THAT powerful. Zoey deserves a raise, a trophy, a parade, and honestly probably her own holiday. Hebrews is lucky to have her because she brings the kind of positivity that makes people want to come back again and again. 10/10 coffee. 100/10 Zoey Martinez. If Zoey is working, you already know your day is about to get better.

The Christian radio space was there before this coffee venue. They have music and worship nights, stage outside faces the pond. Fascinating location in a city park, yet that adds to the unique appeal and natural vibe. Fun to watch gophers. Lots of outdoor options to think, meditate, fellowship, work, study, create. Inviting. Has their own drinks and names, like Cocomo.

The sweet and salty matcha from the summer menu was the most delicious matcha I’ve ever had! The pistachio and almond flavors came together so perfectly, and I’m not even a matcha person. It was a bit pricey (about 6.70 for a medium sized cup), but it was so worth it. Highly recommend!

He-Brews Coffee is one of my favorite stops, especially after walking at Buddy Holly Park next door. It’s the perfect place to relax, grab a coffee, and unwind. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and it’s a great way to start or finish a walk. They have picnic tables and you can bring your dogs as long as they are leashed and not aggressive. No dogs allowed inside. The people are always really nice, and the service is consistently friendly. It’s just an easy, comfortable place to enjoy a good cup of coffee. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
